SUNDAY 15TH OCTOBER
Spend a day needle-felting in the peaceful surroundings of The Great Fen Nature Reserve in Cambridgeshire, in a small, friendly group.
Whether you are new to the craft or have tried it before, you will enjoy yourself. Needle-felting is a traditional technique, using wool and needles to sculpt 3-dimensional models and you will be shown how to make and join different shapes and to add features and characteristics to create a meerkat of your own. You will have a little woolly friend to take away with you, as well as the skills to continue this addictive and enjoyable hobby at home – simples!
All materials, tuition, tea, coffee & biscuits are included.
The workshop will be held From 10:00 ’til 4:00 at The Wildlife Trust Countryside Centre, Chapel Road, Ramsey Heights PE26 2RS.
